Kurios Academy admits learners of any race, color, national origin, sex, or ability to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to its learners. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex, in the administration of its educational policies or programs. It does not discriminate on the basis of ability except when a specific need is beyond the scope of care. We believe that racial discrimination violates both the spirit of the Word of God and the hard lessons learned in the American republic. The Kurios Academy admissions process neither asks for nor considers racial information. We have committed ourselves to not discriminate on the basis of sex, national origin, or disability status. We choose, however, to limit our learner body, board, and staff to those who are committed to our statement of faith. Kurios Academy is committed to a non-discriminatory policy in so far as it is consistent with our statement of faith. The practice of homosexual conduct, transgenderism, or extra-marital sexual relations is inconsistent with our faith position.
